How can I track my parcel?

We will send tracking details to you as soon as your order leaves our Fulfilment Centre or our Partner Provider. Or you could log in to your account and you could see the tracking details straight way.

How can I have my tax invoice?

We will send download link of tax invoice to you as soon as your order leaves our Fulfilment Centre. Or you could log in to your account and you could download the invoice there.

Our returns policy:

  1. You have 60 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our Fulfilment Center.
  2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags.
  3. Item(s) must be unused with the original tags still attached.
  4. Any products returned with a sign of damage - original factory seal tampered or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis- use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.

All of our returns are free and without hassle, simply initiate the return online and follow the steps to send it back.
