PTC SHOP is an Australian company based in Brisbane. All domestic orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse via Australia Post. We also provide worldwide shipping to customers all over the world.

We offer free shipping across entire AU on orders above $75 and rest of the world with all orders traceable.

All orders received before 12:00pm AEST will be shipped out on the same business day.

Orders placed on weekends or Public Holiday (QLD) will be processed on the next business day.

We could ship to PO BOXES & Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
