To celebrate the launch of iPhones thinnest phone (EVER), we are giving you the chance to WIN! 
Rest assured, if you are dedicated Android user, you can choose from either the iPhone Air or a Segway Scooter.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Promoter
This competition is run by PTC Phone Tech and Comm (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up via the provided QR code or online form, and make a purchase of any product in-store or online between 12th September 2025 and 15th October 2025.

4. Prize
The winner will receive their choice of either one iPhone Air (the thinnest iPhone ever released) or one Segway Scooter. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on after the 15th October, 2025 but before November 30th 2025 at PTC Phone Tech and Comm Head Office. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. General Conditions
Entrants may enter multiple times, but each entry requires a separate purchase. Proof of purchase may be required to validate entry. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, with the option to opt out at any time. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
